| This is a 1988 FJ62 with a 2002 Chevy LS1 engine and it is California smog legal. So, you see it can be done and this is another kit that we use and sell. Sometimes you will need to fit the engine and trans the way you think is best, and what I mean by this, is when you get the engine where you think it should be with the trans bolted together, slide it back and forth until it is right, then weld the mounts in then and not before.
